Information for Parents

The following products have been recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission

1.  The Youth Hooded Fleece Jackets  with Drawstrings made by Next Marketing Inc. were sold at a number of college book stores and department stores nationwide.  Look for sewn-in tags reading "Lil Fan or LF 2"  These sweat shirts have a drawstring that pose a strangulation hazard.  Discontinue use or remove the drawstring!  For more information contact Next Marketing at 866-871-9978

2.  The boy's Hooded Jackets with drawstrings made by Hurley International.  The jackets are black or grey and were sold in youth sizes up to 20.  The style number is BJ06GS and sewn inside of the left seam.  They were sold at department stores. 3.  Baby Walkers made by SunTome, and Bike Pro Inc.  that were sold at retail stores nationwide were recalled due to Stairway Fall Hazards.  Discontinue use immediately and return for a full refund.  For more information contact SunTome at 888-786-8663, Bike Pro Inc at 800-261-2559 and

4.  Cribs with the Aspen 3 in 1  and Graco label made by Simplicity Cribs were recalled due to mattress support problems.  Look for the model number 8740KCWSC and the serial number 2803 SC, they are printed on the envelope attached to the mattress support.  They were sold at department stores and children's product stores from August 2003 through May 2005.  To receive a free repair kit or more information call Simplicity Inc at 800-784-1982.  Discontinue use until you get the repair kit and follow the directions to fix the problem.
